Terms of Service

By accessing or using signalsmt.com ("the Service"), creating an account, or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

Signals MT provides real-time trading signal delivery for use with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisors via the MQL5 platform. The Service includes:

• Real-time buy/sell signal generation and delivery via API
• License key management for EA authentication
• User dashboard for signal history and account management
• Email notifications for account and payment events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information or that violate these Terms.

All payments are processed through NowPayments, a third-party cryptocurrency payment gateway. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only (USDT, BTC, ETH, and others)
• All prices are listed in USD and converted at the time of payment
• Subscriptions are non-recurring — you must manually renew upon expiry
• Your license key is activated automatically once payment is confirmed on-chain
• Blockchain confirmation times vary; activation may take up to 60 minutes

Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• A technical failure on our end prevented delivery of the license key
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order
• The Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours

To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your Order ID and a description of the issue.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique license key granting access to the Service API. The following conditions apply:

• Each license key is valid for a single user account only
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your key to any third party
• License keys are bound to your registered account username
• Keys expire automatically at the end of the subscribed period
• Detected misuse will result in immediate key revocation without refund

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Forex and CFD trading involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors
• Past signal performance is not indicative of future results
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using our signals
• We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the Service
• You should consult a licensed financial advisor before trading

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Service
• Using automated scripts to scrape, overload, or abuse the API beyond your subscription limits
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercializing signal data without written permission
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain additional license keys
• Impersonating other users or representing yourself as an affiliate of Signals MT
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

All content, software, algorithms, branding, and materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Signals MT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signals MT Signal Server shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities resulting from signal use
• Loss of data, revenue, or business due to Service downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account or license key
• Delays in blockchain confirmation affecting license activation

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and license at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license key will be immediately revoked
• Access to the dashboard and API will be disabled
• No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period in cases of Terms violations

You may voluntarily cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused subscription time.
